Cher is originally from Wahgunyah, Victoria. Cher started her business in 1995 in Shepparton as a single owner operator.
Shepparton Myotherapy became Fix Muscle Performance and moved to new location in March 2017 and now employs 22 staff members at 116 Corio Street Shepparton.
Cher has been involved in World Cycling working with Garmin Cervelo and Orica Green Edge between 2009 to 2014.
Cher created an App called MyoCycle in 2013 alongside World Champion and Australian Gold Medialsit Brett Lancaster.
Cher is the founder of the event “Prepare Like A Pro” daubing in 2015.
After over 20 years in business Cher still has fierce passion for Myotherapy and the future of the industry. The clinic accepts many High School Work Experience Students as well as Myotherapy University Students needing to complete their observation hours, Cher is happy to provide this opportunity as she believes this is how you nurture the future of this fabulous profession.
Anna Gee

Anna completed her Myotherapy studies in 2001. Anna has been in the health care industry for over 15 years, working in private multi-disciplinary clinics in Shepparton, Melbourne and the UK. In 2011 Anna also completed her Clinical Pilates Instructor certificate.
Anna’s passion for health and wellbeing developed as a result of an active lifestyle from a young age. Anna is a passionate therapist who enjoys working with children, pregnant women as well as treating clients who are experiencing chronic and postural related pain.
Throughout her career Anna has developed a keen interest in working with athletes, from distance runners, to triathletes and cyclists. She has been fortunate enough to work with the Elite Australian Cycle team GreenEDGE on a few of their training camps and tours.
Anna has always had a keen interest in the human body and is fascinated by it’s complexity and functions, which led her to take further studies and to qualify as a Clinical Pilates instructor. In addition to hands on treatment, if required, Anna can assess and write an individual corrective exercise Pilates program to enhance posture and muscle efficiency.
Outside of work Anna loves to run, having competed in many marathons and half marathons globally. Anna also enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and anything to do with the mountains, especially snow skiing.
Sarah Sanderson

Sarah completed her Advance Diploma of Myotherapy at the Australian College of Sports Therapy and graduated in 2011. After completing her studies Sarah returned to the Goulburn Valley where she joined the Fix Muscle Performance team in 2011. In 2011 Sarah also completed her Certification of Reformer Pilates.
Through sport Sarah found that Myotherapy was the most effective for her needs and this helped her deicide that she wanted to become a Myotherapist,.
Sarah enjoys being a Myotherapist as Myotherapy is a hands on and effective method of treatment. Sarah finds most people walk out feeling better than they walked in. Sarah also receives satisfaction from the progress her clients are making by seeing and feeling clear changes in their soft issue after each session.
In addition to hands on treatment, if required, Sarah can assess and write an individual corrective exercise Pilates program to enhance posture and muscle efficiency.
Outside work Sarah enjoys sports, the outdoors, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Evan (Colin) Cooknell

Evan completed his Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy in 2012; Evan continued his studies further by completing his Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Australian College of Sports Therapy and graduated in 2013. After completing his studies Evan returned to the Goulburn Valley where he joined the Shepparton Myotherapy & Pilates team in August 2013. In 2014 Evan also completed his Certification of Reformer Pilates.
Evan decided to become a Myotherapist as he has always had an interested in sport and their associated injuries; Evan was eager to learn to help people recover from these injuries.
Evan is also very interested in working with elite sports, especially AFL and saw a Myotherapy career as a pathway to this.
Evan enjoys helping people; being able to provide people with treatment on their injury or condition and providing them with knowledge and advice to help them have a more positive outlook on what’s happening within their body is a highlight for him.
Evan also enjoys the variety that being a Myotherapist can bring (no day is ever the same) and building positive client / therapist rapport.
Outside work you may find Evan on the Tennis courts – he currently plays for Shepparton Noth Tennis Club or on the Football Netball sidelines as a trainer – currently at Congupna Football Netball Club.
Courtney Barrer
Adv Dip of Myotherapy
Courtney completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Murray College of Health Education in 2014. After completing her studies Courtney worked at a day spa before joining the Shepparton Myotherapy & Pilates team in 2014.
In 2016, Courtney decided to return to university part time to complete her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT and graduated later that year.
During 2016 Courtney was privileged enough to begin working along side Melbourne United Basketball Team. Since working with the team Courtney has been able to experience the world of elite sport while furthering her knowledge in treating basketball related injuries.
In the clinic, Courtney enjoys treating a variety of conditions, but in particular she enjoys treating headache, neck and shoulder complaints. Dry Needling is a treatment method that Courtney thouroughly enjoys.
Adrian Crestani

Adrian completed his Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT Melbourne in 2015. After completing his studies Adrian joined the Shepparton Myotherapy & Pilates team in 2016.
Adrian decided to become a Myotherapist as he had always been very interested in the physical activity/therapy world and has always been active himself. The idea of being able to work in a physical environment and help to decrease people's pain and increase their quality of life was very appealing to Adrian.
Adrian enjoys being able to apply his skills to help reduce people's pain, recover from injury and just be happier in general.
Outside of work you will find Adrian playing and coaching football at the Strathmerton Football Club.
Ingrid Fraser
AdvDip of Myotherapy
Ingrid completed her Advance Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT Melbourne in 2017. After completing her studies Ingrid joined the team at Fix Muscle Performance in 2017.
Ingrid grew up in Broken Hill and moved to Tatura in 2013 to follow family.
Ingrid has worked in Kyabram as a Remedial Therapist for 2 years before returning to uni to further her studies as a Myotherapist.
Growing up in a family where health & fitness were important kick started Ingrid’s fascination and respect for the body, how muscles work & what they need to function.
