Hayley Napier
Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Exercise Physiology
Hayley completed her bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Exercise Physiology in 2016 at La Trobe University Bendigo. She is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a current registered member of Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
As an AEP, Hayley is equipped with the skills and knowledge to design, deliver and implement exercise and lifestyle modification programs. AEP’s use evidence-based movement and exercise intervention for chronic disease prevention, musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, weight management, and chronic medical conditions.
Hayley has a drive to improve the lives of others through ‘exercise medicine’ and has a passion for impacting the health and wellbeing of her clients using sound exercise prescription and education. She aims to empower her clients with the confidence that they can achieve their health goals and loves nothing more than to positively impact someone’s day!

Megan Lock

Megan completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Exercise Physiology in 2019 at La Trobe University Bendigo. She is a registered Accredited Exercise Physiologist through Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).
Megan is very passionate about physical activity and movement, and loves to provide others with the drive, empowerment and knowledge about exercise and how to implement this in everyday life. “The human body was made to move” is a quote she lives by and implements into her practice. As an Exercise Physiologist Megan designs and delivers safe and appropriate exercise to help manage chronic conditions, including rehabilitation and disease prevention.
Her goal is to assist people in returning to doing things they love, grow in confidence and feel accomplished! Megan is confident her enthusiasm and strong drive about health and well-being will have a positive impact on people when they walk through the door! “Exercise is Medicine.”
